REQUEST FOR COMMENTS HOME-ARP Allocation Plan The City of Boston's Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH) has released a draft of the Home Investment Partnership-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) spending plan for public comment. The HOME-ARP Plan provides a summary of how the City proposes to use the $21.6 million received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide housing, shelter and services to the homeless and other vulnerable populations in Boston.
