The Action Plan is submitted annually to HUD, and serves as the City's application for and planned use of $27 million in HUD housing and community development resources from four programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Hearing 5/16/19, 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Winter Chambers, 26 Court St, Boston.
