NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY of BOSTON The City of Boston, Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH) announces two public hearings seeking citizen input on the draft Program Year 2023 (7/1/23-6/30/24) Action Plan, in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 91.105(b). The Plan is submitted annually to HUD and serves as the City's application for and planned use of $29 million in HUD resources from: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs. An IN-PERSON HEARING will be held on May 2, 2023 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm in the Commonwealth Salon at the Boston Public Library, Copley Square, 700 Boylston Street.
