The proposed project is for the long-term lease of the property known as the Dudley House, which sits on the Roxbury Community College (RCC) campus located at 1234 Columbus Avenue, in the city of Boston. The project contemplates leasing 12,000 S.F.t of land and the 7805 S.F. historic building sitting thereon, for a term of up to 99 years for the redeve lopment and restoration of the David Dudley House. The estimated value of the asset is negligible, given the high cost of historic restoration of a building in poor condition. The lessee(s), who will be selected througha com- petitive process, will secure all necessary permits, approvals and funding.
