Applications will be available from February 10, 2020 through April 10, 2020 and can be obtained by mail or in person at 30 Washington Street, Brighton, MA 02135 from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Mondays through Friday or by calling 617-277-8932. Applicants must be 62 years of age or older or mobility im- paired. All units assisted by HUD Section 202/8 program and available on an open occupancy basis. Rents are based on income. Income limits by household size are under $41,500 for one person and under $47,400 for two people. Priorities of homelessness and rent burden (rent is more then 50% of monthly income) apply. Applications must be dropped off, postmarked, emailed to hnidyulina@bbcovhse.org or faxed to 617-734-4797 no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 10, 2020.A lottery to determine placement on the waiting lists will be scheduled at a future date.
