Applicants must be 62 years of age or older or mobility im- paired. All units assisted by HUD Section 202/8 program and available on an open occupancy basis. Rents are based on income. Income limits by household size are under $41,500 for one person and under $47,400 for two people. Priorities of homelessness and rent burden (rent is more then 50% of monthly income) apply.
