A lottery system will be used for the initial acceptance of applications to be placed on the Brookline Housing Authority waiting list(s) Maximum Household Income by family size: 1-person 2-person 3-person 4-person 5-person 6-person S56,800 $64,900 $73,000 $81,100 $87,600 94,100 Applications are available beginning Friday, October 19 between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday at the Brookline Housing Authority, 90 Longwood Ave Ste 1, Brookline MA 02446. You may also obtain an application by mail by calling the Authority at 617-277-2022. Applications are also available to download from our website at www.brooklinehousing.org. Applications can be returned and accepted via email to apps@brooklinehousing.org or by US mail and hand delivered Faxed applications will not be accepted All applications in the Authority's possession as of 4:30 PM, November 2, will become part of the lottery systenm for tenant selection set forth by the Department of Housing and Community Development. The lottery will be conducted through an automated computer process overseen by the Department of Housing and Community Development on November 9, 2018. Applications will be placed on a waiting list, by priority and preference as they are drawn in the lottery After the completion of the lottery, the Brookline Housing Authority will continue to accept applications. All applications received after November 9 will be placed on the Brookline Housing Authority wait list by priority and preference in accordance with date and time of their receipt.
