GREATER GROVE HALL MAIN STREETS We had an amazing year! We had an amazing year: The National Main Street Conference was in Boston, and we debuted our documentary, "The Transformation of Grove Hall: A Case Study" which received rave reviews, and the video is being used as an example of how the Main Streets program can change a community. This was only possible because of your support over the years. Most of you have seen our Black Women Lead Banners on Blue Hill, which honors the contributions of Black women to the Boston area over the last 300 years. We just received a grant from the Boston Public Health Commission for our new initiative, The Healthy Food Pantry program, where in partnership with Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center, we will distribute shelf-stable goods that are consistent with the patient's medical condition. We would love your help funding that project. We now are a regular contributor to The Boston Business Journal, The Boston Herald, and The Bay State Banner on topics relating to economic development. There are many more highlights that you will find in our annual report at greatergrovehall.org/complete-report. We are trying to raise $25,000 to continue making a difference in Grove Hall. Therefore, we are asking you to contribute whatever you can $25, $50, $100, or $1,000 this year. Please make your check payable to GGHMS and mail it to: Greater Grove Hall Main Streets, Attn: Jermaul Williams, 320 Blue Hill Avenue, Dorchester MA 02121. (Tax Exempt ID number: 26-0699697). You can also donate directly through our website at greatergrovehall.org. Eddie Jenkins, Chairman | Ed Gaskin, Executive Director GREATER GROVE HALL MAIN STREETS We had an amazing year !
