The Vieira Group / my certifications in Real Estate are CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and NHS (New Home Specialist) and ILHS (International Luxury Home Specialist). I am also a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), MAR (Massachusetts Association of Realtors), GREB (The Greater Boston Real Estate Board) and REBAC (Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council). I have been working in the Greater Boston Area and suburbs since 1994. I teach the first time home buyer seminars for MAHA (Massachusetts Housing Alliance) where I am one of only exclusive agent who can teach their classes. Plus, I have also taught the first time home buyer classes at Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation, NeighborWorks Southern Mass (Quincy, MA), WATCH CDC (Waltham, MA), Urban Edge and Boston Home Center (First Time Home Buyer Panel).
