The Urban Farming Institute of Boston is an organization founded to support the development of urban farming, growing agricultural products for income, in the City of Boston. By transforming vacant land in Boston into urban farm enterprises that are economically productive and environmentally sustainable and training local residents to become skilled urban growers, UFIB will promote the healthy expansion of the industry.
