The existing 35,000 sq. ft. office building on the Site (the former Roxbury Boys Club) will remain and be preserved by the Proponent. The Proponent is proposing to construct two new buildings on the project site, a new 6-story, 111 unit rental building with ground floor retail space on Malcolm X Blvd., approximately 105,000 sq. ft. and a new 4- story building on Dudley Street, approximately 22,000 sq. ft., 21-unit 100% home ownership building on Dudley Street.
