Affordable And Workforce Homeownership Housing Lottery for Sandpiper I 10 Beach Grass Road, Nantucket MA Three 3BR Affordable Single-Family Homes (approx. 1,780 sqft): $271,900 Three 3BR Single-Family Workforce Homes (approx. 1,780 sqft): $795,500 Two 3BR Duplex Workforce Homes (approx. 1,542 sqft): $795,500 This is a lottery for the THREE Affordable homes and FIVE Workforce homes being built at Sandpiper (South) on 10 Beach Grass Road. The Affordable homes will be sold at affordable prices to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. Workforce homes will be sold to households with in- comes at or below 175% of the area median income. The first homes will be ready in early 2020. All homes will be heated by central forced hot air, will have linoleum flooring throughout with the exception that bedrooms will be fitted with wall-to-wall carpeting. The kitchens will be equipped with Formica countertops, standard wall and base cabinets, and a cooking range and refrigerator. Washer and dryers will not be provided in the homes, however hookups for these appliances will be installed. The Duplex Workforce homes will have unfinished/ unheated basements (none of the Single-Family homes will have unfinished/unheated basements).
