INTRODUCING two new WHITTIER SUPPORT GROUPS For MEN of COLOR Building Building Relationships that are Understanding, Healthy, and Supportive: Relationships that are The BRUHS Initiative Understanding, Healthy and Supportive BRUHS is a healing space for men of color that is rooted in authentic, solution- and growth-focused communication. The BRUHS is a group for men to discuss issues related to their physical and mental wellness, relationships, individual and collective identities, and the impact of trauma. Through Healing and Everlasting For WOMEN of COLOR THE DIVAS THE DIVAS aims to repair the wounds of complex trauma and reinforce autonomy, strength, indi- vidual and collective identity by restoring healthy Determination, Inspiration, Validation and boundaries, developing social skills, building trust, and creating a safe, supportive community.
