Whittier Street Health Center Back to School BBQ Back to school season is here and to celebrate Whittier Street Health Center will be holding their annual Back To School BBQ on Friday, August 20th. This year's event will include a cookout and school supplies giveaways! We will be giving away backpacks, pencils an other supplies that are essential to ensuring success in school. This event is open to the greater Roxbury community so that families can come together to get ready for the upcoming school year and enjoy one more taste of summer. The Back to School BBQ will also have music and a youth talent show put on by those in attendance. So come and join us Friday, August 20th! *To claim your free backpack and other supplies you must have your child accompanying you to the event and they must be under the age of 17.
